Payment Terms

Payments can be made ahead of the visit using the Purchase an EPC page. Payments can also be made on the day of the visit by cash or cheque, Debit/Credit card or Apple/Google Pay. Alternatively, payments can be made by bank transfer. Bank details will be given on the day of the visit

Payments must be made within 7 days after the assessment date. The EPC will be registered within 5 working days of payment being received and cleared.

Extra Charges:

EPC paper copy - £10.00 including postage

Cancelled appointments under 24 hours notice - £25.00

Failed appointments due to, but not solely including, a lack or denial of access, a client not being onsite or no persons aged 18 or over being present at the property - £35.00
